We currently offer free shipping to United Kingdom Mainland.

For all other locations, shipping fees will apply and will be clearly stated at checkout.

We use Evri, DHL, DPD, and Royal Mail for our deliveries.

All orders are shipped using their express services to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

Order Processing & Dispatch Times

Orders placed before 13:00 (GMT) on weekdays will be shipped the same day.

Orders placed after 13:00 (GMT) on weekdays will be shipped the next day.

Orders placed after 13:00 (GMT) on Fridays or on weekends will be shipped on the next business day.

Delivery & Assembly Service

For customers who opt for our Delivery & Assembly Service, your order will be delivered and assembled by our trusted partners.

  • You can choose a preferred date and time slot for delivery and assembly at checkout.

  • Our trusted partners will deliver the product to your location and assemble it on-site.

  • In the event of unforeseen delays or scheduling conflicts, we will contact you as soon as possible to reschedule at a convenient time.

  • If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

  • If the delivery team arrives at the agreed time but is unable to complete the delivery or assembly due to customer unavailability or access issues, an additional rescheduling fee may apply.
