Overview
This website is operated by Your Home Rulez (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

  1. Eligibility and Use
    1.1 You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Services.
    1.2 You may not use the Services for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose.
    1.3 We may suspend or terminate the Services if you breach these Terms.

  2. Our Contract With You
    2.1 Your order is an offer to buy. We will accept only when we send a shipping confirmation or otherwise explicitly confirm acceptance.
    2.2 If we cannot accept your order, we will cancel and refund any payment taken.

  3. Pricing, Availability and Errors
    3.1 Prices may change without notice. Taxes/duties are shown where applicable.
    3.2 We may correct errors or omissions (including obvious pricing errors) and cancel affected orders, with a full refund if payment was taken.
    3.3 All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities per person/household and refuse orders suspected of resale.

  4. Product Information
    4.1 We try to display colours, dimensions and finishes accurately, but variations can occur (monitor settings, materials, hand-finished goods).
    4.2 You are responsible for checking that dimensions, access routes and installation/mounting requirements are suitable for your premises.

  5. Payment and Fraud Prevention
    5.1 You authorise us to take payment by your chosen method at checkout.
    5.2 We may run anti-fraud checks, request identity or address verification, and cancel orders we reasonably suspect to be fraudulent or unauthorised.

  6. Delivery
    6.1 Delivery dates are estimates. We are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control (see Force Majeure).
    6.2 Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Title passes once we receive full payment.
    6.3 You must provide safe access for delivery. Missed delivery or redelivery due to your unavailability may incur additional charges (we will inform you in advance).
    6.4 For large/fragile items, curbside delivery may apply unless stated otherwise.

  7. Returns, Cancellations and Refunds
    7.1 Your statutory right to cancel (UK/EEA): you may cancel within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason (see Refund & Returns Policy for how to exercise this right).
    7.2 Our 30-day returns policy also applies as described in our Refund & Returns Policy.
    7.3 Change-of-mind returns: you are responsible for return shipping unless we state otherwise.
    7.4 Faulty, damaged or misdescribed items: contact us promptly; we will repair/replace or refund in line with your statutory rights.
    7.5 The Refund & Returns Policy forms part of these Terms.

  8. Assembly Services (Third-Party Provider)
    8.1 We may offer assembly services provided by an independent third party (the “Assembly Provider”). No partnership, joint venture, employment or agency relationship is created between us and the Assembly Provider.
    8.2 The Assembly Provider is solely responsible for the quality, safety and timing of assembly. Any claims relating to assembly (including property damage or personal injury) must be raised directly with the Assembly Provider and/or its insurer.
    8.3 Your responsibilities: ensure the area is clear and safe; disclose relevant building restrictions; confirm wall/ceiling type and load-bearing suitability; provide access at the agreed time. If fixings suitable for your substrate are not supplied, the fitter may decline installation.
    8.4 Missed/cancelled appointments with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a call-out fee set by the Assembly Provider.
    8.5 To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for or in connection with assembly services is excluded and, in any event, shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the assembly booking (if any). Nothing in this clause limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

  9. Installation, Safety and Professional Use
    9.1 Unless otherwise stated, products are for domestic use only.
    9.2 Wall-mounting/fixing must be carried out by a competent person using suitable fixings for your wall type; improper installation can cause injury or damage.
    9.3 We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect assembly, misuse, or failure to follow instructions.

  10. Optional Tools and Third-Party Links
    10.1 Access to third-party tools is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties.
    10.2 We are not responsible for third-party sites or content. Review their terms before use or purchase.

  11. Account, Information Accuracy and Communication
    11.1 You must keep your account and contact details up to date.
    11.2 We may contact you using the details provided to manage your order.

  12. Promotions, Discount Codes and Gift Cards
    12.1 Promotions and discount codes are subject to their own terms and may be withdrawn at any time. Single-use codes are non-transferable.
    12.2 Gift cards (if offered) are not redeemable for cash and cannot be replaced if lost, except as required by law.

  13. Pre-Orders and Backorders
    13.1 Expected dates are estimates only. You may cancel for a full refund before dispatch if the estimate materially changes.

  14. Intellectual Property and User Content
    14.1 All site content (text, images, logos, designs) is our or our licensors’ IP. You may not use it without permission.
    14.2 If you submit reviews, photos or comments, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and display that content in connection with our Services, subject to our Privacy Policy.

  15. Privacy and Data Protection
    15.1 Your use of the site is governed by our Privacy Policy. We process personal data in accordance with applicable law. See our Privacy Policy for details.

  16. Warranties and Your Statutory Rights
    16.1 Except as expressly stated, the Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available”.
    16.2 Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

  17. Liability
    17.1 We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
    17.2 Subject to 17.1, we are not liable for: loss of profits, revenue, savings, data, business interruption, or indirect or consequential loss.
    17.3 Subject to 17.1, our total aggregate liability to you for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the Services or any product shall not exceed the price you paid for the product(s) or Service giving rise to the claim.

  18. Force Majeure
    We are not liable for delay or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to supplier failure, strikes, epidemics, extreme weather, transport interruptions, or governmental actions). We will take reasonable steps to minimise the effect and resume performance as soon as reasonably possible.

  19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
    These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers resident in the UK/EEA may benefit from mandatory local consumer protection laws and bring claims in their local courts.

  20. Changes to the Terms
    We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a new version on the site. The “Last updated” date will be revised accordingly. Your continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
